Julie joined the Home-Start North Wiltshire team in July 2023 as Manager (job-share). She focuses on overseeing our team of Family Support Organisers, ensuring high quality service delivery, and is our Strategic Safeguarding Lead.

Scheme Manager (Job Share)

Tania has been Manager at Home-Start North Wiltshire since 2017. She focuses on ensuring our charity’s effectiveness, sustainability and resilience.

Caroline Flippance (Caz)

Family Support Organiser

Caz is our primary Family Support Organiser in Tidworth. She leads on delivering our Volunteer Preparation Courses (training new volunteers), and runs our Baby Massage sessions for new parents. Caz is also our Mental Health Champion.

Outside of work, Caz loves family time, being outside, socialising and Psychologies magazine!

Sally Green

Family Support Organiser

Sally is our primary Family Support Organiser in Melksham, Devizes, Calne and Chippenham. She runs our weekly parent and child group in Devizes, and is training to become our Infant Feeding lead.

When she’s not at work, Sally enjoys spending time with her family and her Spaniel, Molly, visiting new places, and gardening.

Tanya White

Family Support Organiser

Tanya is our primary Family Support Organiser in Marlborough, Pewsey and Swindon.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family and playing with their two ponies.

Jane Carter

Rapid Response Worker and Family Support Worker

Jane is our Rapid Response Worker, providing direct family support to families in urgent need. She also runs our weekly parent and child group in Tidworth.

When she’s not working, Jane loves spending time with her family, animals and country walks.

Joanne Kent

Fundraiser and Community Engagement Coordinator

Joanne is our Fundraiser and Community Engagement Lead. She also oversees our team of Community Champions, and runs our popular ‘Friends of Home-Start North Wiltshire’ coffee mornings.

Jo’s happiest when walking on Salisbury Plain, listening to The Archers or watching football!

Frank Pessell

Finance Officer

Frank is our Finance Officer, responsible for our day-to-day financial procedures, and preparing our Annual Accounts.

Frank is happiest when he’s being run ragged playing with his grandchildren, or in a new location with camera in hand, trying to capture an unusual view or object!

Sam Check

Data Analyst

Sam is our Administrative Data Assistant, responsible for our case record management systems and data analysis.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Sam out on long walks (desperately trying to get her Fitbit steps up) or, if the weather is not so good, curled up inside with a book and a nice glass of red!

Dawn Wilson

Senior Administrator

Dawn is our Senior Administrator, and oversees the admin team. She will likely be the first friendly voice you reach on the phone when you contact the office. 

An active community member with a love of country walks, Dawn’s happiest when walking on the downs listening to an audio book or cooking with fresh veg from her garden!

Justina Hams

Assistant Administrator

Justina, formerly a volunteer has just joined the admin team. She will likely be the first friendly voice you reach on the phone when you contact the office. in her spare time, Justina likes playing netball, reading and going to the cinema..
