We understand it can be difficult going to a group, but we can help!
Ways we can help include:
- a contribution towards transport/travel expenses for your journey to and from your local group
- arranging for a volunteer to meet you at home and go with you to group initially
- arranging for a volunteer to meet you outside the group venue, so you can walk in together
Our groups have friendly, non-judgemental volunteers available to help. Volunteers welcome new starters to the group, and make sure everybody feels included.
